Wales & Fulton Intersection Improvement:  Traffic is slow on Wales and slow on Fulton during work hours.  Expect occasional short delays.  New traffic lanes to accommodate construction will require careful driving through this area.  Access to all local businesses, YMCA, library, park, and government facilities are being carefully maintained.
